Violating accounts are permanently suspended, evidence is preserved, and matters may be referred to law enforcement.

Evidence preservation
When a violation is detected or reported, we preserve relevant records (prompt hashes, account identifiers, timestamps, moderation classification) for lawful disclosure to authorities, regardless of any deletion request. This is a legal safeguard — see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
