You own the configuration you create — the name, personality, rules and selections — and the copy of the app delivered to you. You may run it, modify your own copy, and keep it indefinitely. Nexus Systems World retains ownership of the platform, the generator, the safety layer, the data pack content and the registry.

Every AI created is issued a permanent serial number in the format NXAI-YYYY-TYPE-NNNNNN-C and recorded in the Nexus AI Registry. Serial numbers are never reused or reassigned. Registry records are private by default; only the serial, category, version, status, safety profile version and creation date are ever exposed publicly, and the name and description only if you make the record public. Owner identity, personality text, rules, keys and tool configuration are never published.

Every AI inherits a safety layer that sits above your own instructions and cannot be removed, disabled or overridden by configuration. Where your personality or rules conflict with it, the safety layer wins. Attempting to strip, patch or circumvent it — in your copy or anyone else's — is a breach of these terms and terminates your licence.

• Malware, ransomware, phishing, credential theft or unauthorised system access.
• Stalking, covert surveillance, doxxing, harassment or impersonation of real people.
• Fraud, scams, identity theft or evading law enforcement.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content — zero tolerance.
• Weapons, explosives or other content intended to cause physical harm.
• Any use directed against Nexus Systems World, its infrastructure, its staff, its customers or other registered Nexus AI instances — including reverse-engineering the platform, attacking it, or impersonating it.
• Presenting AI output as professional medical, legal or financial advice.

We may revoke a licence and suspend registry status immediately where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached, and will report unlawful conduct where required.

If you bring your own model key, it is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to Nexus Systems World. Where we supply the model, requests pass through our servers so we can meter message credits; we do not sell your conversations. Your AI is instructed never to reveal keys, tokens or configuration secrets. Each build is isolated — one customer's AI cannot read another's data.

AI output can be wrong, outdated or fabricated. The safety layer reduces misuse; no software eliminates it. You are responsible for how you use your AI and for checking anything that matters before you act on it.

Builds, data packs and message credits are one-off digital purchases in AUD. All sales are final and non-refundable, subject to the Australian Consumer Law section of our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any provision that would do so is read down to the minimum extent necessary. Where liability for a non-excludable guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Invalid provisions are severed; the remainder continues in force.

You must be 18 or over to purchase a build, data pack or message credits. At checkout you confirm your age and accept these terms, our AI Disclaimer and our Refund Policy; that confirmation is recorded with your order. Builds are supplied for lawful personal or business use only. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the generated app, the generator, the safety layer or data pack content as your own product or platform.

We supply software: a configuration tool, a generated app file, an offline fallback engine, optional data packs, a serial number and a registry record. We are not a medical, legal, financial, psychological or emergency service, and nothing we sell is a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency assistance.

Where you bring your own model key, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's own terms and pricing — we are not a party to it and cannot guarantee its availability, output or continued existence. Where we supply a model, message credits are metered and finite, third-party providers sit behind it, and outages or provider changes may affect availability; in that case we will substitute a comparable model or, where a non-excludable guarantee is not met, provide the remedy the law requires.

We do not sell personal data, adult or sexual content, medical or diagnostic tools, gambling products, financial products or advice, surveillance tooling, or any offensive security capability, and your AI may not be configured to provide them.
