Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are offered, under any circumstances.

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including for unused time within a billing period.
Credit top-ups and one-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Cancellations stop future billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period and is not pro-rated.
You purchase a license to use the service on a recurring monthly basis. You do not purchase or own the software, the code, the brand, or any underlying assets.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service without refund.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining credits or benefits.

By subscribing or purchasing credits, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept this policy in full and waive any right to a refund, partial refund, or credit reversal.
