Last updated: 6/12/2026

This policy describes what information Nexus may collect, store, and process when you use the application.

What we store

  • Account data (username, hashed credentials, age-verification records).
  • Local device storage (localStorage) for companion state, settings, and offline-friendly features.
  • Optional cloud sync for companion and memory data tied to your account.
  • Payment records — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • AI interaction data (chats, dreams, generated images) which may be retained to improve functionality and continuity.
  • Optional analytics and error logs.
  • Uploaded images may be processed by AI services to generate responses or derivative content.

Third parties

Limited information may be processed by third-party services that power payments (Stripe), AI generation, hosting, and email delivery. Each is bound by their own privacy practices.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We do not share content with advertisers.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated stored data at any time by contacting the creator.

Safety records & legal preservation

For serious safety violations, the platform may retain limited evidence including account identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, timestamps, submitted prompts, upload metadata, and moderation records for legal, safety, and abuse-prevention purposes. Information may be disclosed to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. Users may not use deletion requests to remove records that must be preserved for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or abuse-investigation purposes. Report serious abuse: ACCCE (Australia), eSafety Commissioner (Australia), NCMEC CyberTipline (United States).

Security

Security is best-effort. Reasonable steps are taken to protect data, but no system is fully secure and no guarantees are made.
